Our CASTING LINE includes the following products:<br><br> KEMEX and KEMIX SLEEVES (Exothermic risers and insulating sleeves): The KEMEX (exothermic risers) / KEMIX (insulating sleeves), made by using the Cold Box process keeps the metal in its liquid form longer, assuring the most feeding of the piece being forged with much more safety, due to the uniform disposition of the grains throughout the sleeves, resulting in a constant and even burn of the sleeves. They can also be produced in any size or shape, including spherical shapes that can have larger modules, which can provide excellent metallic return.<br><br> CERAMICS FIBER SLEEVES: Products in this category are: Cylindrical Opened Machine, Cylindrical Conical, Dome, Oval, and Cylindrical Neck Down.<br><br> CORE COATINGS: Kyowa introduces paint for all applications in casting, using selected raw material, in an attempt to provide excellent return when applied, providing cast parts with excellent surface quality. The paint is produced trying to meet the needs of the different characteristics of the procedures where they will be used, and for this we take under consideration all of the physical, and chemical properties that are part of its manufacturing, such as: tixotropy, reology, gas evolution, and suspension. The paint is classified by the type of solvent used, application, and refractory charge.<br><br> BREAKER CORES: Products in this category are: Breaker Cores in Shell for Sleeves, Breaker Cores in Cromita for Sleeves AF, and Conical Breaker Cores Type for Sleeves.
