Stationary boiling pans are designated for cooking broths, soups, sauces, porridges and for water boiling, with drain-off valve.

Electric tilting boiling pans are intended for the preparation of broths, sauces, desserts, second and third courses, with the functions of tilting, stirring and coolin, with and without drain-off valve.

Manual tilting boiling pans are intended for preparation of broths, first, second and third dishes, with functions of mixing and manual overturning, with and without drain-off valve.

All boilers with indirect heating - by the method of "steam-water jacket" - which completely eliminates the burning of the product.
All stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316.
Electric or steam heating.
Pressure in the "steam-water jacket" 1.25 kg/cm.
Optional IPX5 models and high-temperature, up to +125°C.
Models with a volume of 60, 100, 160, 200, 250, 350 and 400.
