Hand-held multi-functional local discharge tester is my company's technical staff according to many years of bureau release testing experience, suitable for high-voltage equipment local discharge online detection and positioning. Mainly applicable to transformers, generators, electric motors, GIS, high-voltage switchcabinet and high-voltage cables and other equipment of the live control system put test.
The system is equipped with composite TEV sensors, UHF sensors, high-frequency current transformers and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensors to capture local discharge signals inside high-voltage devices. The system adopts multi-level wave drop-down technology to reduce the frequency of discharge signal, and the high-speed AD conversion circuit to complete the digitization of the signal, and ensures the reliability of the detection data by means of digital signal processing, adaptive filtering and other interference signal processing. The operating state of the equipment can be detected by collecting different signals generated by local discharge seqm within different high-voltage equipments. The instrument can be installed and tested in the operating state of the equipment, which has no effect on the normal operation of the equipment, and makes it easy for the staff to evaluate the operating status of the switch cabinet in a timely manner, which greatly improves the reliability, safety and effectiveness of the equipment operation.
The handheld multi-function partial discharge tester consists of a tester, a TEV sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a high-frequency current transformer, an Ultra-High Frequency Sensor, and a connector.
