Description

General Description
This consists of a simple, rapid and optimum process, where results are visible in only 4 steps.

1 - Mixer.
A mixer with tilting trolley, which homogenizes the ingredients in 15 min. with bats stainless steel AISI 304; Central stainless steel shaft mounted on bearings, with 8 steel pallets; with capacity for 70Kg; Direct gear motor shaft, regulation of operating time, 3 Hp motor.

2 - Sheet Maker FH200.
A machine for forming dough sheets from lumps or cuts dough, forming it in one step, which differentiates it from traditional. Structured pipes and stainless steel sheet (AISI 304) with four rollers 140mm. of diameter, with two gearmotors 3hp with variable speed drives, tape output of 1,200 mm. long with stainless steel hopper with board manual and automatic commands controlled by PLC, with a production of approximately 800 kg. / hr.

3 - Lamination UTL100.
Three modules rolling with rollers of 100 mm diameter hard chrome plated, with geared motors 3 / 4hp for rolls, three variable speed rollers and to coordinate with MCE1, scorecard, operator safety and machine and Manual regulation of thickness.

4 - Empanadas Pastry Shappers MCE1.
A machine for making pies, made of stainless steel, with board manual and automatic commands controlled by PLC, with Stamper head as customer and 3 sealers Aros either using Calibrator mass of 210 Mm. wide, with metering hopper filling with a belt width 240 mm. and a production of 2,000 pies per hour for diameter of 120 mm.
