Mode 1: Fully Automatic Bag Cutting & Unloading
This mode utilizes a built-in cutting device to automatically open the bag, allowing materials to discharge smoothly under gravity. The entire process requires no manual intervention, offers high efficiency, and is the optimal choice for large-scale, continuous production.
Mode 2: Manual Bag Opening & Unloading
Designed for clients seeking to reuse their bulk bags, this mode replaces the traditional cutting blade with an ergonomic manual bag-opening station, preventing any damage to the bag from the source. This approach not only significantly reduces packaging costs but also aligns with green, sustainable production principles, delivering both economic and environmental benefits.
Optional Configurations (Customizable as Needed):
Bag Opening Method: Offers options for a manual cutter or a non-damaging electric slitting knife.
Material Flow Aid: Can be equipped with vibrators or massaging/tapping devices to prevent material bridging and ensure complete discharge.
Downstream Connection: Can be easily integrated with screw conveyors, tubular chain conveyors, or vacuum conveyors for automated material transfer to the next process stage.
Screening Function: Can incorporate a screening mechanism during unloading to remove impurities simultaneously.
Technical Requirements:
The unpacking station features a simple structure for easy operation.
A beating mechanism is incorporated during the unpacking process to break up lumps, ensuring smooth downstream processing.
The design aims to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
Equipped with a dust extraction port, installing a dust collection system can prevent dust dispersion, improve the working environment, and lower production costs.
The unpacking and beating mechanisms are compactly designed for user-friendly operation.
It can be directly connected to equipment such as hoppers or reaction vessels.
Pneumatic or electric control options are available to enable remote monitoring.
Suitable for handling both ordinary materials and materials with poor flowability, hygroscopic tendencies, or a tendency to clump in big bag packaging.
