The Small Bag Unpacking Station is a feeding equipment specifically designed for unloading powdered or granular materials from 25kg or 50kg bags. It simplifies the unloading process through a semi-automatic operation involving manual bag opening and automatic emptying, allowing materials to fall by gravity into the receiving hopper below. Its integrated high-efficiency dust collection system instantly captures dust generated during operation, providing operators with a clean and safe working environment.

The equipment offers excellent functional extensibility: a screening device can be added as per process requirements to remove impurities from the material; it can also be connected to a vacuum conveyor to achieve fully enclosed, automated vacuum pipeline feeding, meeting higher standards for cleanliness and efficient production needs.

Working Principle:

Manual Unpacking, Automatic Discharge: Operators simply cut open the packaging bag, and the equipment automatically completes the material discharge.

Gravity Feeding: Materials fall naturally by gravity into the hopper or conveying system below, resulting in extremely low energy consumption.

Instant Dust Control: A built-in dust collection system captures dust at the point of generation, ensuring a clean working environment.
