1) The double-wall corrugated board production line is used to produce double-wall corrugated board. It consists of the following equipment: a) Hydraulic shaftless press roller stand b) Fingerless single-face corrugator c) CNC paper cutter d) Double-wall delivery (optional). 2) The press roller stand clamps two rolls of base paper at both ends. A roll of base paper passes through the single-face corrugator, where it is pressed by the corrugating rollers into the desired fluting shape. Finally, the fluting peaks are coated with glue (starch adhesive) and bonded to the single-face fluting surface. This bonding process forms single-face corrugated board. The single-face corrugated board is then cut into sheets of the same size by the CNC paper cutter and delivered by the delivery. 3) Heating options include steam, electricity, or LPG heating systems. Corrugation types A, B, C, E, or UV are available upon request.
