Our Arabica coffee features various categories, such as:

17/18 Fine Cup: Following the NY 2/3 standard, it has a 17/18 Fine Cup screen. Here, we find 35% on screen 18, 5% on screen 16, and 60% on screen 17, ensuring a clean cup.
17/18 Good Cup: This coffee, following the NY 2/3 standard and a 17/18 Fine Cup screen, has 35% on screen 18, 5% on screen 16, and 60% on screen 17. However, this variety may present a dirty cup.
14/16 Fine Cup: With the NY 3/4 standard, it has 50% on screen 16, complemented by 10% Peaberry beans and 5% on screen 13, providing a clean cup.
14/16 Fine Cup (variant): Following the NY 3/4 standard, this option has 50% on screen 16, plus 10% Peaberry beans and 5% on screen 13. Unlike the previous version, this one has a dirty cup.
Grinders 13UP: This coffee type has up to 300 defects, but it does not present primary defects such as black beans or fermented beans. We have 10% of beans below screen 13.
Peaberry: In the NY 3/4 standard, this variety is mainly constituted by screen 10, with 5% regular beans and 10% of beans below screen 10.
