Application
Assessing package seal integrity is crucial to verify the packaging's ability to provide the required product protection. Seal integrity tests are commonly utilized to evaluate sustainable packaging alternatives, cost-effective packaging options, and variations in production line sealing parameters. Test Description
The sample is positioned in a water-filled chamber and covered securely. The control unit then extracts air until reaching the set vacuum. If a minor leak exists, the pressure difference expels trapped air, evidenced by bubbles emerging from the leak area.
