It is dark green in color and is excellent for adding a spicy and refreshing flavor to soups, dals, raitas, and vegetables. It can be easily stored in an airtight jar for 6-12 months.

Process of making green chilli powder:
Cleaning: Wash fresh green chillies and remove the stems.
Drying: String the chilies on a string or spread them out on a plate and dry them in bright sunlight for 3-5 days until they become crisp. If sunlight is not available, dry them in an oven at 60-70°C for 4-6 hours.
Grinding: Cool the dry chillies and grind them finely in a mixer.
Storage: Store the powder in an airtight glass jar in a cool, dry place
