The excavator slewing device is composed of a turntable, a slewing ring and a slewing mechanism, the outer seat ring of the excavator slewing ring is connected with the turntable by bolts, the toothed inner seat ring is connected with the bottom frame with bolts, and there are rolling elements between the inner and outer seat rings. The vertical load, horizontal load and overturning moment acting on the turntable of the excavator working device are transmitted to the base frame through the outer seat, rolling element and inner seat of the slewing ring. The housing of the slewing mechanism is fixed on the turntable and meshes with the ring gear on the inner seat of the slewing ring with a pinion. The pinion can not only rotate around its own axis, but also rotate around the centerline of the turntable, and when the slewing mechanism is working, the turntable rotates relative to the base frame.
The main load-bearing part of the turntable is a box structure with great torsional and bending rigidity welded by steel plates, and the main frame, boom and its hydraulic cylinder are supported on the lugs of the main beam. When the hydraulic excavator is working, the combined force position of the upper part of the turntable and the load is constantly changed and biased towards the load direction. In order to balance the load moment, the various devices on the turntable need to be reasonably arranged, and counterweights are set at the tail to improve the force of the lower structure of the turntable, reduce the wear of the slewing ring of the excavator, and ensure the stability of the whole machine.
