The Chocolatte di CAPRI vegan is made with coconut milk, coconut sugar and Belgian cocoa, ingredients that have large amounts of nutrients, essential to the health of the body and also to those lactose intolerant.
Coconut milk is rich in good saturated fat, which is rapidly digested and transformed into energy, being half of the good fats composed of lauric acid, which improves cholesterol and possesses antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
Coconut sugar is extracted from palm blossom SAP, 100% natural, rich in vitamins and minerals, such as ferrro, zinc, magnesium, potassium and B complex vitamins. In addition to having low glycemic index, it is slowly absorbed by the organism assisting in the Insulin control.
Furthermore the cocoa, in the purest version of the Belgian chocolate present in the vegan chocolate is regarded as superfood, ie food that in small quantities has many nutrients, are powerful antioxidants, rich in flavonoids, responsible for protecting the cardiovascular system, improve cognitive function and memory, among other functions.
