Designed and built to demolish and cut any type of clay, the high performance of DMV bits also contributes for the maintenance and preservation of the taphole drill. <br><br>Produced in state of art equipment, with carbide inserts of quality adequate to its use, the DMV bits have a remarkable resistance against the adverse situations that are submitted during the blast furnace tapholing operations. <br><br>Also, its geometry contributes for the optimization of the hole cleanness and helps to keep the uniformity of its diameter. <br><br>Available to be connected to the drill rods through weld or thread, DMV developed three types of bits to better serve the needs of each customer, blast furnace and even each specific casthouse, considering the length of the taphole, the type of clay and the equipment used in the operation.
