-GROUP I
Arabica good cup and fine cup. Coffee cultivated in the regions of Minas Gerais. Have a sweet and soft flavor, the main buyers are the USA and Japan.

Arabica Rio Minas. Coffee cultivated in the regions of Minas Gerais. They have a strong flavor and are generally sold to countries of the Middle East and Europe.

-GROUP III
Specialty Coffee. Arabica type coffees, produced in conditions that grant it enough organoleptically qualities to achieve a score equal to or higher than 80/100 points according to SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) protocol.

SUL DE MINAS:
Specialty Coffees (Outstanding coffees); 85 - 88 points, SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup)
Specialty Coffees (Excellent coffees); 80 - 84 points, SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup)
