Paired with red iron core reactors, they form a "capacitor + reactor" filtering and compensation combination, effectively suppressing 3rd, 5th, and other harmonic interferences to prevent capacitor damage from overload.

Intelligent Control and Protection Unit: Configured with Chint's dedicated compensation controller, it real-time monitors the grid power factor and automatically executes capacitor bank switching logic with fast response and high precision. Integrated with Chint circuit breakers/fuses and AC contactors, it achieves rapid shutdown of short circuits and overload faults, as well as safe switching control of capacitor banks, constructing a multi-layered protection barrier.

Auxiliary Support Components: High-conductivity copper busbars are adopted to reduce power transmission loss and ensure stable current flow. Built-in silent cooling fans, combined with an optimized in-cabinet air duct design, real-time regulate the internal temperature to prevent component aging due to high heat. Standardized terminal blocks streamline wiring connections, enhancing connection reliability and post-maintenance convenience.
