Indicative Price : LME USD Cash Official Price minus 16% discount CIF destination port. The LME fixing is established at the time of issue of the commercial invoice at the time of shipment, based on the average of the last 3 LME trading days. If the 3 days average LME price deviates from the price set at the time of signing the contract by plus or minus 15%, the discount must be renegotiated. In the event that the renegotiation does not lead to an agreement between the parties, the contract can be dissolved.
Loading Port : Dar Es Salam or any other major Africa Port.
Destination Ports : CIF ASWP LME-13% including 3% commission, totaling 16%;
The 3% commission is split between the seller and buyer: Seller 1,5%/ Buyer 1,5%.
