Description

The difference with other indeterminate refractory materials is that the refractory infusion material has a certain degree of condensation and hardening time after construction, so the pouring molding needs to go through a certain amount of time of maintenance before the release, and then after the appropriate time of natural conservation can be put into baking use.
Refractory aggregates are the main body of refractory concrete, a variety of refractory materials (clay, high aluminum, silicon, magnesium, etc.), after calcining clinker, or a variety of waste bricks broken to a certain extent can be used as refractory aggregates. The particle size of the aggregate has a great impact on the quality of the product, so the size of the aggregate particles in addition to a certain number of requirements, there is also a certain proportion of the requirements, in the ingredients of refractory concrete, the aggregate generally accounted for 70% to 80%. Among them, coarse aggregates (5 to 20mm) account edited down 35% to 45% of the ingredients, while fine aggregates (0.15 to 5mm) accounted for 30% to 35%.
The glue knot plays the role of glue hardening, so that the product has a certain strength. And to reduce the volume of shrinkage in the process of use, the amount of glue should be as small as possible, generally 10% to 25%, and hope that the glue and aggregate can not produce more low melt. Some refractory concrete (e.g. phosphate refractory concrete) also needs to be added to the ingredients with a small amount of coagulants to accelerate the hardening and solidification of the concrete.
In order to improve the performance of refractory concrete, such as increasing the intensity in the heating process, reducing volume shrinkage, often add 10% to 25% of the doping material. The raw material of the mixture is the same as the aggregate, is a fine refractory concentrate powder, of which 70% to 80% of the fineness is below 0.088mm.
