MEMS0600A series mass flow meter
The MEMS0600A Series Flow Meters (MFM) are designed for real-time measurement and output of flow and other fluid-related information. The MFM has a local display, as well as an analog output of 4-20mA and a digital output of the Modbus RTU RS485. The local display shows gas flow rate and cumulative flow, gas pressure (optional) and gas temperature. This information can be transmitted to the control system via analog (flow only) and digital communication
