【Key Stage Engineering Highlights】

Stress-Relief Annealing: After initial rough turning, bronze and steel blanks undergo controlled stress relief to release internal metallurgical forces. This prevents the bushing from warping during final finishing operations.
Anti-Deformation Fixture Grinding: To solve the common issue of thin-wall distortion caused by standard 3-jaw radial chucks, we utilize custom axial-clamping fixtures for internal grinding.
