MINGDER Ore Color Sorter scans bulk minerals in free fall by means of a colour line camera. The respective data is evaluated by a freely programmable sorting software of an industrial computer by colour, brightness and size into good product and rejected parts. The computer passes this information and robust compressed air valves, each of which serves one compressed air nozzle. Rejected parts are evaluated by position, shape and size and blown out of the material flow. Depending on material, particle size distribution and the quantity of rejected material, different quantities may be sorted.

This provides effective non metallic minerals color sorting all in one device. Thanks to the use of CCD sensor & color camera, the minerals are effectively sorted by color which takes into account the size and brightness of each piece of ore. This means that the sorter can tell the difference between good and faulty ore so that they do not get placed in the same bin.

As the ore is being process through the device, the camera sends the information about the size and color of each mineral. Parts that are rejected are blasted out by the compressed air valves. Users can set the computer to only accept certain color of materials while rejecting the rest.
