Basically, a surf belt connects the surfer and the surfboard. If a surfer falls off a wave, they can retrieve the plank with a leash without having to swim back to shore.

A surf belt is a rope made of polyurethane that attaches the surfer's ankle to the tail end of the surfboard. The strap is attached to the surfer's ankle by a Velcro strap (also known as a cuff). It is usually tied to the ankles, but sometimes to the knees or calves when doing long boarding or paddleboard boarding.

Although polyurethane was originally made from surgical ropes, it is an important material for ropes. We use polyurethane from Germany and Taiwan as our surf belts. They are of the best quality on the market and are excellent in terms of vivid colors, UV resistance, softness, elasticity and safety.
