The Outdoor Telecom Cabinet includes Battery Cabinet, Equipment Cabinet and Integrated Cabinet, they are designed to house a variety of batteries and equipment, they provide protection from vandalism, dust, rain, snow and dripping water. Outdoor Telecom Cabinet can be made from galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel according to different demand. Air conditioner(options: Heat exchanger/TEC/Fan) is installed on cabinet for keeping a stable temperature inside cabinet so as to increase service life and stability of batteries and equipment. Outdoor Telecom Cabinet provide a secure thermally managed environment for backup battery systems for telecommunications and cable applications. The cabinet material is high quality steel plate, which is made by the world's leading CNC equipment, with exquisite workmanship and precise size. The main frame of the cabinet is made by welding, ensuring the whole cabinet is strong and durable. The internal structure and all kinds of accessories are assembled in the way of assembling, and the application is flexible. The cabinet body and its internal accessories are all pretreated by acid washing and phosphating, and then the special molding powder is used for electrostatic spraying, so as to prevent corrosion and rust.
The air-conditioned version of the cabinet is intended for hotter climates where active cooling is essential to protect the batteries and equipment from high ambient temperatures. The cabinet can be preconfigured at the factory with any combination of DC system including: rectifiers, DC distribution, AC distribution, inverters, battery configuration, and control. For sites that are off grid or connected to an unreliable AC network the cabinet can be preconfigured with a DC system.

1. The shell of this equipment is made of high intensity, anti-corrosive, anti-aging special composite material. It can effectively prevent rain, snow, insects and corrosive gases and other environmental impacts.

2. Structural design is reasonable, using single-side and single lockable door. There is a large space in the cabinets. It’s easy to operate and maintain.

3. Have grounding device.

4. Give full consideration to fix, earthing and welding cable, to coil the redundant cable. It’s very convenient for connecting and scheduling the cable.

5. Compact structure, easy installation and excellent sealing performance.

6. Using splicing & distribution integration module with fusion, connection and storage in integration. It’s available for different adaptors such as FC, SC, LC type. Adaptors assembling with deflexion of 30° to ensure fiber pigtail bending radius and to avoiding the light direct the eyes when operating.
