The Q-STER series is a high-efficiency, convenient, and high-quality ultrapure water system. It uses tap water or pure water, distilled water, reverse osmosis water as feed water to produce high-quality ultrapure water. The produced water quality meets and exceeds all type 1 water quality standards, including ASTM Type I, CLSI, and GB-T6682-2008 Analytical Laboratory Water.

1. Made of ABS one-piece molded engineering plastic, eliminating corrosion and rust.
2. Large touchscreen color interface, displaying real-time operating status and comprehensive water quality monitoring. It has a USB interface, supporting data copying, downloading, printing, and storage; automatically records five years of water quality data to aid in laboratory data statistics.
3. Three-channel water quality monitoring: real-time monitoring of source water/RO water, RO water/EDI pure water, and UP ultrapure water; also capable of detecting water temperature, TOC value, and tank level.
4. Fully automatic RO membrane anti-scaling flushing program, extending RO membrane lifespan.
5. The ultrapure water circulation system can be freely started and stopped, maintaining a low level of bacterial contamination.
6. Factory and customer dual passwords; system settings are password protected to prevent unauthorized changes.
7. The lifespan of the pretreatment, RO membrane, UV lamp, and ultrapure column can be set; consumable usage and remaining time are displayed; automatic reminders for consumable replacement due prevent water quality degradation.
8. Specially designed metered water dispensing function (timed: 1-60 liters).
9. The pretreatment, RO, and ultrapure components adopt a modular, independent structure, making system maintenance and filter replacement more convenient and compliant with GLP standards.
10. Uses original imported Dow RO membranes and Dow ultrapure resin, achieving a combination of long RO membrane lifespan and high-quality water.
11. Dual-wavelength (185nm & 254nm) UV lamp assembly (imported lamp tubes) effectively sterilizes, reduces TOC, and enhances the system's applicability.
12. 5000DUF ultrafiltration module (original import), effectively removes pyrogens (endotoxins), suitable for precision cell culture and IVF.
13. (0.45+0.1)μm imported PES polyethersulfone composite filter terminal sterilization filter ensures sterile water quality.
14. Qiqin's unique sterile water tank is made of sanitary-grade non-transparent plastic in one piece, with a top air filter, three-stage liquid level control, and ultraviolet sterilization to strictly control bacterial growth in the water tank.
