Representing the End Buyer, we express the End Buyer's intention to purchase the following product: 1. Product Specifications The specifications of the intended product are as follows: ● Product: Refined Sunflower Oil ● Packaging: ● PET bottles, preferably in 1L, 3L and 5L sizes. ● For the initial order, the packaging distribution will be approximately 50% 1L bottles, 25% 1.8L bottles and 25% 5L bottles. Brand: Buyer's private brand Quality: The product must conform to Ethiopian quality standards for edible sunflower oil, as described in the attached document provided by the Buyer. 2. Commercial Terms ● Initial Order Quantity: 40 × 20-foot containers ● Potential Future Contract: 5–10 year supply agreement after successful market assessment ● Port of Discharge (POD): Djibouti or Oman ● Incoterms: CIF ● Payment Method: Bank details to be provided in due course - (Letter of Credit will be provided) ● 5% prepayment, 95% as per B/L at the port of loading 3. Intent and Nature of the Agreement This Letter of Intent serves as a statement of intent and does not constitute a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. The parties agree to pursue further discussions in good faith with the aim of negotiating a definitive contract that will outline all terms and conditions, including price, quality, inspection and delivery details. Both parties acknowledge that this Letter of Intent is non-binding and that no legal obligation will arise until a formal agreement is executed by both parties. The Buyer looks forward to establishing a mutually beneficial and long-term partnership with the Seller in the supply of refined sunflower oil.
