We are from the Hungarian Institute, responsible for the Social Project "Make It Count" and seek partnerships through exemption in tax contribution, rescuing a small portion of what is already paid to the government for this cause, reversing in dissemination and social contribution to the partner company. According to the São Paulo Law on Incentive to Sports regulated in the State, companies can support projects approved by the Secretariat of Sport, Leisure and Youth, proposed by entities linked to the non-profit sports environment. As a benefit, the partner company may pass on up to 3% of the monthly amount due of the Tax on Operations related to the Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS). The objective is to use the tax collected in the state and invest in sports, social inclusion and training of new athletes. In addition to the financial donation, companies can link their name as sponsor of the action, this will act as a form of dissemination and institutional communication with focus, since, currently, companies are charged for actions with the community.
