We are dedicated to search and select professionals, especially those who are well-employed, who possess the professional and personal attributes that companies need. In a normal process of approach, around 95\% of professionals contacted have not prepared a curriculum vitae.<br><br>MAJOR OBJECTIVE: Obtain the solution for our client.<br>Our vision is of "problem solvers", i.e. resolvers of problems, always acting with the vision of strategic planning and bringing people to businesses, and vice versa. Already our performance is "solution oriented", that is, geared to addressing the needs of the client. Therefore, the search and alignment of professionals is part of the solution, but not necessarily the solution. <br><br>METHOD OF WORK: STAGES OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND SELECTION OF OFFICERS<br>(1) ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION : The initial phase is fundamental, normally little explored in conventional processes for finding executives. Our director meets with the professional responsible for hiring and makes a thorough assessment of the situation. <br>he basic data of the company and those relevant to the position are raised. Then a survey is done of the history of the position, involving the facts that contributed to its existence and the need for a new executive. <br>The design of the relationship of the new executive, his/her position in the organization chart, including his/her level of technical and operational reporting, the national and international level, is determined. The next step is to raise the professional and personal attributes of the new executive, placing itself on its importance and the story of successes and failures of the position. We also evaluate the level of responsibility and tasks that he/she should perform. <br>It is with the client about their possible aspirations to segments of the market from which the executive can or should be, identifying possible areas of conflict with customers or competitors. <br>When necessary, our director also meets with other superiors, subordinates and colleagues of the future executive, as well as visits the client\s premises in order to obtain a better understanding of the needs of the client. <br><br>(2) RESEARCH: Based on the understanding achieved, our research team develops extensive market planning, seeking to identify the sources of executives. This finding is based on our computer files, in specialized libraries, and network of knowledge, both professional and academic, developed through our experience and activity. In extraordinary cases, we may use ads in newspapers or specialized publications, upon prior approval and understanding of the client. <br><br>(3) SEARCH: Our team of consultants holds telephone contacts with each of the executives identified in our research, as potential candidates. They gather basic information about their professional and personal characteristics, and their interests. If there is a reasonable level of compatibility, the executive is invited to an interview with one of our consultants. <br>In a normal process of selection, on average 100 executives are addressed, and 30 of them personally interviewed by our staff.<br>The whole process is conducted in strict confidentiality and not disclosed to the applicant to name the client. <br><br>(4) SELECTION: Our director, or a senior consultant, depending on the level of the position, interviews each of the executives identified as potential candidates, and selects those that meet the requirements of the customer. <br><br>(5) PRESENTATION TO YOU: An executive summary is prepared for each candidate to be presented and discussed with the client. <br><br>(6) INTERVIEWS BY YOU: Following the review of our recommendations, preliminary meetings are held between the client and candidates. We monitor the outcomes of interviews and reviews of both parties and, where appropriate, reassess the compatibility with the customer\s desired with the market reality is making the necessary adjustments, and it is restarting the process of research, search and selection. <br><br>(7) FINAL EVALUATION: The client makes its final decision and, when appropriate, we assist in drawing up a package of pay and benefits. <br><br>(8) MONITORING: We monitor with the client the situation of the professional who is hired.
