small, round and purple in color. From the peel and pulp of acai fruits, a puree is produced with remarkable nutrient profile that is preserved in lyophilized powder thanks to the process of
gentle drying carried out by a third party company in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, in a facility with FSSC Certification 22,000. Rich
in antioxidants (anthocyanins), with excellent ORAC (oxygen radical absorption capacity), the lyophilized açaí powder also contains high levels of fatty acids, dietary fibers, amino acids and minerals such as calcium.
