U-type pipe clamp: galvanized steel plate + polyurethane rubber coating structure, using bolts to fix the pipeline, low cost, requires manual tightening, suitable for low-pressure fixation. ‌Flange pipe clamp‌: A cast pipe clamp with a hexagonal nut, with medium pressure resistance (20-30MPa), a service life of generally 500006cbm, and is commonly found in DN125/DN150 pipe diameters. Forged pipe clamps and cast pipe clamps must be used with rubber sealing rings. We recommend using forged process pipe clamps for concrete pump trucks and high-pressure pipelines.
