The sand washing workstation is an upgraded version of the traditional wheeled sand washing and recycling machine. On the basis of the original, not only the quality of the accessories is improved, but also the structure is greatly improved. Working principles 1. When the mixture of sand, water and mud enters the water tank of the wheeled sand washing machine, there is a transverse baffle in the water tank, which can effectively prevent the mixed material from directly entering the wheel bucket, so that it can be fully mixed and stirred in the water tank. At the same time, the residence time of the sand in the tank increases, and then it is separated by the impeller separator. When the bucket leaves the water, a high-pressure water curtain is spewed out, squeezing out more of the muddy water in the bucket. When the wheel bucket brings the sand to the outlet, spray the water again to further achieve the cleaning effect. 2. After a cycle of flushing, the water tank will overflow the wastewater (containing fine sand, mud and other impurities) with the injection of clean water. The principle of inclined plate settlement is adopted to reduce the loss of fine sand from the overflow weir. The wastewater enters the tank under the screen and is transported by a horizontal centrifugal slurry pump to the hydraulic separator. Then the fine sand after centrifugal grading and concentration is discharged into the upper layer of the dewatering sieve through the grit pipe nozzle for dewatering operation. 3. The wastewater, mud, dust and impurities in the washing wheel tank and the screen under the sink are treated by the hydraulic separator, and the wastewater containing a very small amount of fine sand is discharged into the sewage treatment plant through the overflow port. The high-level return tank is then processed. Effectively protect the back-end sewage treatment equipment and reduce the working pressure.
