Isohpic screen is a linear vibrating screen with a box vibrator and a multi-section different inclination screen surface, because the shape of the sieve box is similar to that of bananas, so it is also called banana screen. It is mainly used for the classification of medium and fine particle materials with high fine particle content, and can also be used for dehydration, demedication and desludation operations (fine particle size refers to particles with a particle size less than half of the size of the sieve hole). Small and medium-sized particles of coal, coke, ore, gravel, or other materials can be graded in a dry and wet manner. It is a large vibrating screen commonly used in large coal preparation plants, coal washing plants, sintering plants, pellet factories and mineral processing plants.
