Efficient, they perform the most demanding applications with precision and repeatability: watchmaking, jewelry, optics, electrical and electronic equipment, automotive construction, household appliances, toys, metalwork, etc. Durable, they guarantee an unparalleled gain in quality and productivity for a long time! The most diverse operations are performed flexibly thanks to the power reserve of each model and very rigorous precision. • Structure The structure is made of high-quality mechanically welded steel with a gooseneck structure. Regular weld beads and good weld fillers ensure exceptional rigidity and resistance to shear shocks, even during intensive use. The very thick sides of the structure limit the opening of the gooseneck. • Slide: The slide is made of FGS 300 cast iron mounted on treated steel or bronze slides adjustable by screws. The assembly is entirely manually ground and scraped. Adjustment is made by stops mounted on the press frame. The slide base has holes and a central hole for tool attachment. The slides have a "spider leg" machining allowing for effective lubrication. An ejection bar crosses the slide. Adjustment is made by a stop mounted on the frame. • Connecting Rod/Ball Joint Bolt: The connecting rod is made of FGS 300 cast iron (80T steel) with fully scraped bronze bearings ensuring perfect lubrication. It is lubricated with oil. The ball joint bolt is made of pre-treated steel, completed with a surface treatment. • Crankshaft: The crankshaft is made of forged treated steel. Sulfinization after machining reduces wear caused by friction. It rotates on lubricated rings. • Course Change: Course change is achieved by unlocking, allowing adjustment of the selected course. Course change is therefore very fast. • Lubrication: Lubrication is centralized and supplied by a manual pump. Frequencies must be adapted according to the cycles used (segmented or real-time work). Optional automatic pump. • Double-structure solenoid valve: It is self-controlled and equipped with a blockage silencer. • Clutch/Brake: Press movements are achieved by a single-disc pneumatic clutch and controlled by a brake. An air reservoir compensates for any network failure from the 25 t model onwards.
