From the structure, the high-pressure synchronous motor mainly consists of stator, rotor, machine seat, end cover, shaft bearing, and excitation system, etc. The stator is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, and the rotor is made of high-pressure insulation material and processed with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technology, equipped with excellent insulation properties and anti-electricity capability, which can withstand high voltage working conditions in the power plant; the rotor is divided into salient pole and hidden pole types, the salient pole rotor structure is simple, and the excitation current is small, suitable for low-speed, large inertia operating conditions (such as water turbine generator sets, wind turbine generators), the hidden pole rotor gas gap is uniform, more suitable for high-speed operation (such as large-scale compression machines, fans); the excitation system provides direct current excitation to ensure the efficiency of the generator, which can be adjusted to achieve the required efficiency, improving the stability of power network operation.
