Information about product:
Antigel «Dixon». The newest depressor-dispersing diesel fuel additive allows to significantly reduce the filterability of diesel and furnace fuels.
Makes decrease filtration temperature of diesel and light kiln fuels. Improves disperse paraffin stability of hydrocarbons for diesel fuel storage under cloudiness temperature – it is made by decreasing size and prevent agglomeration of paraffin crystals.
Dosage of «DIXON» additive:
To get needed temperature of filtration enough to use concentration 1:5000 (1 Liter of additive on 5000 Liters of fuel).Needed dose also depends from characteristics of diesel fuel.
Test results of usage antigel with summer diesel fuel of Rosneft:
1) Df RN – initial filtration = -17
2) Df RN +1:1000 DDA = filtration -34
3) Df RN + 1:2000 DDA = filtration -34
4) Df RN+ 1:5000 DDA= filtration -30
5) Df TU(filtration = -7) + 1:2000 DDA = filtration -15

Mixing Technology of “DIXON” additive :
Temperature of fuel must be 15 – 20 degree higher then cloudiness temperature of summer diesel fuel (-13°С). Temperature of additive must be 15°С - 20°С. Our experiments showed, that our additive are mixing good under this conditions, does not crumple and exfoliate.
Where to use Antigel “DIXON”:
• Middle distillates with a narrow fractional composition and temperature indicators of distillation: DT (90-20%) from70 to 100 °C, DT (end of boiling -90%) from 17 to 25 °C
• Wide distillates fractions with a DT value (90-20%) from 100 to 120 ° and a boiling point below 380 ° (distillation using ASTM D 86
