Hello. We are Oliveira Chips, we have a Banana Chips Factory, yes, Banana Chips! The bananas arrive green at the factory and go through a manual slicing process directly in a high-temperature fat pan. After frying, they become dry and crispy, perfect for consumption as a snack or appetizer. The factory has been operating for 3 years.
