High-efficiency self-cleaning screen is a new high-efficiency screen, which is totally independently developed by our company. The high-efficiency self-cleaning screen has obtained the national utility model patent certificate and won the national award-China Industrial Research Innovation Achievement Award. The product has strong flip-flow performance and the wires are independent of each other,the middle is connected by polyurethane, the wires are round & the section is formed into a funnel shape( wide upper + narrow beneath). Because of the unique structure, not only is the percentage of aperture opening higher, but also the materials on the screen panel are able to be quickly permeable. In addition, each wire can be independently vibrated with the wake of the vibration of sieving machine , under this situation , the materials on the screen panel won’t be stuck and sticky, finally achieving the self-cleaning effect . That’s why it is named as a high-efficiency self-cleaning screen.

Merits/Advantages

1 Excellent anti-blockage performance . As the wires are separate with each other , it allows that each wire can slightly shake when the sieving machine works , so that the fillings on the screen can be easily removed and dropped off from each aperture by the good shaking principal, finally without remains left o n the screen .

2 The super high-efficiency sieving , most can reach to 80% of sieving efficiency , some models can reach to almost 90%.

3 Great flip-flow performance , when it works together with vibrating sieving machine , the flip flow effect can be equal to that of flip-flow screen.

4 The percentage of aperture opening is 30% higher than that of the traditional woven screen , which further improves the usage of screen area .

5 The obvious improvement of capacity and output , its capacity is 30% higher than that of the traditional one and 40% higher output compared to the traditional one .

6 Long life span , it is 3 times longer wear life than that of traditional woven screen because of its comprehensive performances mentioned above . Most can be used for 3-6 months , some can reach more.

1 After replacing the tradition screen with our this renewed self-cleaning screen , the total annual amount of coal washing has increased by 0.452 M tons.

2 The profit have increased a lot , the improved space is almost to RMB23M .

3 Various cost has reduced a lot . After using it , every day’s production time has contracted almost 3 hours , causing the electricity cost is reduced accordingly ( up to 1.52M RMB cost saved) and the abrasion degree of machines is lower , to further protect the machines .
