• THE BUYER submits a draft *LC - SBLC* with its established characteristics to be verified and corrected if previously warranted.
• THE SELLER issues in a period of 12 hours the *SPA: Sales purcharse agreement*
• The respective mutual corrections are made within 24 hours and the banking procedures are carried out.
