■Product Overview
KHS and MHS series corrosion inhibitor products are mainly composed of oleic acid, rosin imidazoline or corresponding imidazoline cationic surfactant, emulsifier, small molecule synergist containing N and S and other additives, which can better control the corrosion caused by various factors such as high salinity, H2S, free CO2, Cl- and SRB in oilfield wastewater, and is a corrosion inhibitor for oilfield water injection with excellent performance.

■Product use
After diluting this product with water by 5-6 times according to the mass ratio, it is injected into the system with a metering pump. At the time of initial dosing, select the type and dosage of the agent according to the water quality and corrosion of the system, and the general dosage is 20-50mg/L
When the microbial corrosion in the system is more serious, it is recommended to use the corresponding fungicide to achieve better corrosion inhibition effect.
When the system contains high dissolved oxygen, it is recommended to use it with oxygen scavenger to achieve better corrosion inhibition effect.
When the fouling tendency in the system is more serious, it is recommended to use antiscalants to achieve better corrosion inhibition effect.
