Intumescent Fireproof Acrylic Sealant is an intumescent acrylic firestop sealant primarily used for fire containment in static or low-movement scenarios, including cable/pipe penetrations (e.g., steel, copper, EMT conduits, cable bundles), fire-rated door/window frame gaps, and building component joints (e.g., concrete wall panel joints). Upon exposure to high temperatures (approximately 540°C / 1000°F), it expands up to 8 times its original volume, forming a charred insulating layer to achieve a 2-hour fire-resistance rating.
