1.  Product Introductions:
According to materials, copper tube electrode can be divided into two types: brass tube and copper tube. Brass tube and copper tube are respectively crafted from high-quality brass and copper as the raw materials through strictly technical requirements and reasonable processing techniques.<br />

According to hole type, copper tube electrode can be divided in to single hole electrode and multi hole electrode.<br />
Single hole electrode tube electrode with higher cost performance remains the choice for majority of users.<br />
Multi hole electrode tube electrode has the features of good verticality, fast slagging and effective discharge to increase the machining speed.<br />

  a. Single Hole,<br />
     outside diameter/external diameter/diameter: Φ0.15㎜、Φ0.20㎜、Φ0.25㎜<br />
          Length: 200㎜ or 300㎜<br />
     outside diameter/external diameter/diameter: Φ0.3 — Φ3.0㎜ (Each size interval 0.1㎜)<br />
          Length: 400㎜ or 500㎜<br />

  b. Multi Hole,<br />
     outside diameter/external diameter/diameter: Φ1.2 — Φ3.0㎜ (Each size interval 0.1㎜)<br />
          Length: 300㎜ or 400㎜<br />

Application range: Brass tube electrode is mainly used in small hole EDM drill for mould steel (SKD-11) materials.<br />
Application range: Copper tube electrode is mainly used in small hole EDM drill for cemented carbide (KG5, W88%, CO12%) materials.<br />
