For technical evaluation and compliance purposes, we request the submission of technical inspection reports, with official analysis reports issued by SGS, CCIC, or equivalent entity, containing: chemical composition; grade/purity; moisture level. Supply capacity: we request information on the monthly supply capacity for the ores and/or ingots. All the information below will be necessary for analysis and evaluation: Company name; Plant identification; Technical analysis of the ore; Logistics for delivery to the port; Payment method; Price per ton; Commission per ton paid by the supplier. Negotiation and payment method: WE ALSO REQUEST PROOF OF PREVIOUS EXPORTS, INCLUDING A BILL OF LADING (BL) SAMPLE. CIF contract, valid for 36 months, payment in USD or CNY, and delivery to the Port of Tianjin – China. Technical reports on the ores are extremely important and must include the origin and source of the ore, as well as customs registration.
