Description

The manufacturing process of aluminum-zinc plating usually includes the following steps:
Pretreatment: The steel plate undergoes a series of treatments such as cleaning, degreasing, phosphating, and cleaning again to ensure that its surface is clean, free of impurities and dirt, and easy to coat.
Coating: Paint containing aluminum and zinc is applied evenly to the surface of the steel plate, usually by roller coating or spraying.
Curing: After the steel plate is coated, it needs to be cured to make the coating and the surface of the steel plate firmly bonded.
Shearing: The cured steel plate is sheared, curled and other processing to meet the needs of different customers.
Compared with ordinary galvanizing, aluminized zinc has better corrosion resistance and longer service life. In addition, due to the characteristics of aluminum and zinc, aluminum-zinc plating also has better high-temperature resistance and higher reflectivity, so it is widely used in construction, home appliances, automobiles and other industries.
