Color-coated galvanized steel is a product that coats the surface of galvanized steel with colored paint. It combines the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel with the aesthetics of colored paint, with a good decorative effect and weather resistance.

The manufacturing process of prepainted galvanized steel usually includes the following steps:

Pretreatment: Like ordinary galvanized steel, the steel plate is pretreated with cleaning, degreasing, phosphating, etc., to ensure that its surface is clean and free of impurities and dirt.

Galvanizing: The pretreated steel plate is dip plating to form a zinc coating on the surface to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel plate.

Primer coating: A primer coat is applied to the surface of galvanized steel to enhance the adhesion between the coating and the steel plate and provide some protection against corrosion.

Color coating: After the primer is applied, the surface of the steel plate is coated with color paint by roller coating or spraying. Color paint can choose different colors and effects according to the needs of customers.

Curing: The coated steel plate needs to be cured so that the coating is firmly bonded to the surface of the steel plate and forms a hard, wear-resistant surface.
