It is very common that in the process of growth of the company are created several levels and positions to meet the rapid needs of the organization. Reviewing the organizational structure periodically is of paramount importance to better distribute responsibilities, generate effectiveness at various hierarchical levels and in remuneration strategies.
Just as important as reviewing the structure is to do this under the principles of Corporate Governance, adding value to the business, making it more tangible in the light of appraisers, investors and shareholders.
In organizational studies and mappings, we follow the following phases:
- Structure: vision of the future, strategic objectives, plans and goals.
- Processes: business process, support and indicators
– Resources: people, skills, financial resources, IT.
- Operation: Organizational Structure, policies, roles and responsibility, management tools and culture.
During the process we perform business analysis, equating size, region, product, markets, financial resources, level of leaders and investments in Payroll. The main objective is to establish synergy between the areas, generating compact processes, which directly reflect on the "headcount" and the "costs".
