Test principle:
The kit is a solid chromatography immunoassay using direct sandwich method. A monoclonal antibody is used for capture.

compose:
1. 10 bags, each containing a detection card
2. 10 tubes of sample extraction buffer
3. 10 single pack swabs
4. A copy of the instructions for use.

Storage and shelf life:
Store at room temperature (2-30 °C). Do not freeze. The shelf life is 2 years.
Do not store in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure:
1. Collect feces from the ground with a cotton swab or remove feces directly from the rectum.
2. Insert the swab into the dilution tube and stir well.
Place the test kit on the plate or floor and drop 3 drops of diluted sample
Go to the test window "S". The purple solution flows transversely to the other side.
4. Read the test results after about 5-10 minutes. The reading result is invalid after 10 minutes.

Explanation of the results:

The presence of only one band in the results window indicates a negative result.
There are two color ramps ("T" and "C") in the result window, regardless of which one
The first occurrence indicates a positive result. If the control band is not visible in the results window,
The result is considered invalid.
