Avocado is a variety of avocado called Hass or Fuerte, but in Brazil we know commercially as Avocado.

Rich in vitamin A, C, E and B6; Avocado is a functional and nutritious fruit. Its nutrients contribute to the maintenance of healthy skin, eye health, prevents inflammation and also has a high concentration of potassium, preventing cramps.

Avocado has unsaturated fat and biologically active components such as phytosterols, substances capable of inhibiting the absorption and synthesis of cholesterol. Because it contains fiber, it also prevents diseases such as cancer and helps in the proper functioning of the intestine. The omega 9 fat present in Avocado is one of the most important in helping weight loss, which decreases the inflammatory state of the body.
