This product is a nano anionic silicon solution, designed to be added in the wet end of papermaking, as an important part of the multi-retention and drainage system, the application of FA-3601 can form a new high-efficiency particulate retention system, which can not only significantly improve the retention of fine fibers and fillers, but also has a good effect on the dehydration, uniformity, wet-end chemical retention, and improvement of the running performance of the paper machine.
This product has a narrow particle size distribution and a large specific surface area, and has a strong grasping ability for fine groups such as fine fibers and fillers, and can form a network-like, uniform and dense micro-floc, which is firmly fixed on the fiber, so as to further improve the retention rate of fine components, improve the water filtration of the paper sheet, and improve the uniformity of the finished paper.

The additives' nanoparticle systems are capable of reflocculating in net and white water, with high shear resistance at high turbulence. Reflocculation produces a microporous paper, making it easy to press and dry, improving machine dehydration, increasing machine speed, and reducing energy consumption.

Nano microflocculent additives can improve the retention of wet-end chemicals such as starch and improve the strength of paper. Improve the ash content of the paper, increase the retention of the filler in the net part, reduce the pulp consumption, and thus reduce the production cost.

The typical addition point is the paper machine pressure screen, and the amount of paper added is 1-6 kg/ton. It is recommended to add after in-line dilution, and the general dilution water is 10-20 times that of the 3601 stock solution. Avoid recycled water or other water sources with high suspended solids content, mineral salts and iron.
