BOX-WASHING MACHINE WITH 02 STAGES
Continuous system with 02 cleaning stages and capacity for 300 to 500* boxes**/hour, being manufactured entirely in stainless steel AISI 304, with sheet fairing 2.00mm and 1.27mm and tanks in 1.50mm plate.

1st STAGE: pre-wash with hot water (steam or electric heating) and detergent, through 02 (two) arcs equipped with high pressure fan nozzles and 01 schneider brand pump power 10 hp.
The water collector tank under equipment is equipped with a water inlet controlled by an Ascoval-branded level and solenoid buoy, a steam inlet with Socoval solenoid and a 1.1/2" water outlet record.
The detergent dosage is manual.
2nd STAGE: rinse with cold water through 02 (two) arches with fan nozzles, equipped with 01 schneider pump power 7.5 hp.
The water collector tank under equipment is equipped with a water inlet controlled by an Ascoval-branded level and solenoid buoy and a 1.1/2" water outlet record.
SANITIZING SYSTEM – after the 2nd stage is installed a system for the sanitization of the boxes, composed of 01 arc with sprinkler nozzles, metering pump and solenoid, being the drive in the electrical frame.
DRIVE - The drag chain is in polyacetal type CR 50 sliding over HMW profiles with guides for adjustable boxes in 1/2" rebar.
The drive is sew or geremia and the current transmission of 1/2", the bearings are in polyamide with 25 mm shaft with voltage adjustment.
The speed variation is made by a frequency inverter.
CONTROL BOARD – It is composed of a stainless steel cabinet, being externally installed a digital temperature controller, button-ups on / off the track and pumps and emergency button, internally are all the elements of protection and control. 380V power voltage and 24VCC control voltage.
EXHAUST FAN – between the first and second stage is installed an exhaust fan (without motorization) to remove heat and mist from the equipment.
1.5 m of ducts are supplied, and the rest of the pipe is provided to the customer.
FINISHING - sanitary, all welds are sanded and later all equipment is sanded with glass micro spheres.
DIMENSIONS - 1,300 mm wide x 4,100 mm long x 1,650 mm high.

*The variation of the speed/quantity of boxes is made by a frequency inverter.
** The standard case is considered 400 mm x 600 mm x 250mm high, considering a distance between the boxes of 100 mm.
