Constructive form - The equipment is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, composed of a column in profile folded in plate 1/4", lifting arm and tipping and base in plate 3/4" with 08 holes to fix on the floor.
Lifting system
The gear motor is sew brand with brake located at the top of the equipment and the lifting is made by a 3/4" duplex chain.
The lifting system is also made of AISI 304 stainless steel (with the exception of chain and gears) with two side couplings sized for the car's vemag type upgrade to 200 lt.
Security
The lifting area is delimited by a protection in 40x40 tubes and Ø2.7 x 40x40 mesh, with the fixed closure on the sides and on the tipping side. At the entrance of the car has a rotating door with safety sensor with latch which prevents the opening. In case of emergency stop of the equipment it is necessary to press the reset button on the control panel. The protection on the sides and doors is 2000 mm high, complying with the NR-12.
Electrical system
It is equipped with a stainless steel control box installed on the side of the elevator with up/down button, an emergency button, a RESET button, general key and energized panel light. Also positioned are two micros end of stroke at each end of the lift guide.
All the necessary connections to the operation and protection of the equipment are already made and the control panel is in accordance with NR 10, being the command 24 volts.
Finish
The finish is sanitary being sandblasted with micro glass spheres.

Equipment with 3,000 and 3,500mm of tipping height needs to be locked higher to avoid twists (excluding our supply).
