Description
Mafic spinel brick is a chromium-free alkaline refractory material for large-scale rotary kiln firing belt, which uses the characteristics of solid melting of iron oxide in magnesium oxide, using high-purity spinel as raw material, and high temperature sintering to form a chromium-free environmental protection product.
The addition of iron-aluminum spinel solves the problem that chromium-free alkaline bricks are difficult to stick to the kiln skin, and mafic spinel bricks are easier to stick to the kiln skin than directly combined with magnesia chromium bricks, and the use effect is more stable and excellent, which effectively solves the problem of producing hexavalent chromium in the process of cement kiln production of hexavalent chromium polluting the environment.
In addition to the characteristics of high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, good thermal creep resistance, erosion resistance and permeability, and high load softening temperature, mafic spinel bricks also have the characteristics of easier to stick to the kiln skin than directly combined magnesia bricks, which can effectively solve the problem of generating hexavalent chromium in the use of magnesia chromium bricks for cement kilns, thereby causing pollution to the environment.
