Ceramic Composite Matrix Reinforcement
Our newly developed ceramic composite matrix reinforced hammer head integrates cermet into a traditional high-manganese steel matrix, creating a multi-level composite material through in-situ self-generation technology. This hammer has twice the hardness of Mn18Cr2 at room temperature, with minimal hardness reduction at high temperatures, addressing the issue of wear resistance degradation in high-manganese steel as temperature increases.
